History

Modesto Marini, founder of Marini’s on 57, strongly believes that quality ingredients make a dish. Putting his passion into action has resulted in Modesto being one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the food and entertainment industry, to the point of being called “The King of Italian Cuisine” by The Star, Malaysia’s No. 1 English language newspaper.
Being well versed on mapping out a concept and understanding exactly how it needs to look and to be set up, all the way from the kitchen to the front entrance, he established Marini’s on 57 in 2012, Kuala Lumpur’s highest rooftop restaurant, lounge and bar on Tower 3 PETRONAS in 2012.

1. The Rooftop Bar

  •  Sunset Hours are held daily from 5 – 9pm and W-Night on Wednesdays which is a night for the women of Marini’s.

The Villa Cafe
Guests are welcomed to a casual meal in our Cafe restaurant at The Villa Langkawi. Looking out onto the resort's swimming pool, the Cafe's ambience is light and relaxing absolutely the right mix for enjoying one's food.

The Villa Cafe seats 64 persons inside and 8 in the Patio area. A reasonably priced menu with selections from light appetizers to tantalising pastas/pizzas to a hearty, popular Western and Asian dishes.

***Spice being a consistent ingredient in asian cooking, the degree of spicyness is denoted in the chilli icon 1 (slightly spiced) to 3 (very spicy).

Cool drinks, beverages and mocktails conclude the menu

Cenang Beach the more "happening" of the two serves up Spas, an exciting mix of Bistros & Bars, Motels, affordable Apparels/beach-casualwear and of course the ever popular recreational Watersports. This haven of activity continues to the night where the additional bright and colorful lights around and the crowd, exudes a different aura altogether.
