History

Modesto Marini, founder of Marini’s on 57, strongly believes that quality ingredients make a dish. Putting his passion into action has resulted in Modesto being one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the food and entertainment industry, to the point of being called “The King of Italian Cuisine” by The Star, Malaysia’s No. 1 English language newspaper.
Being well versed on mapping out a concept and understanding exactly how it needs to look and to be set up, all the way from the kitchen to the front entrance, he established Marini’s on 57 in 2012, Kuala Lumpur’s highest rooftop restaurant, lounge and bar on Tower 3 PETRONAS in 2012.

1. The Rooftop Bar
  • Marini’s ultra-chic rooftop bar is the perfect place to spend a night out in KL, while enjoying our signature cocktails, premium champagnes and extensive list of exclusive wines.
  •  The bar’s futuristic architectural design encompasses floor to ceiling glass windows, boasting the best views of the city.
  •  Sunset Hours are held daily from 5 – 9pm and W-Night on Wednesdays which is a night for the women of Marini’s.


2. The Italian Restaurant
  •  Indulge in the à la carte menu of Marini’s on 57 offering the finest in Italian cuisine with dishes comprising of artisan-made pastas, imported beef cuts, and the freshest international seafood air-flown from Italy.
  •  For the more adventurous of spirits, feel free to request a personalized tasting menu from our Chef, who will personally prepare some of the restaurant’s signature dishes both on and off the menu that are sure to satiate your senses.
  •  Savor  Malaysia’s  most extensive wine list with our in-house Sommelier, while enjoying the restaurant’s décor by award-winning Italian artist RosalbaMangione.


3.The Whisky & Cigar Lounge
  •  At our Whisky and Cigar Lounge, patrons are immersed in old-world Italian charm. The lounge is adorned in velvet and leather, and is traced with the aromas from an impressive line of imported cigars.
  •  Featuring the finest single malt whisky collection and a notable wine list, the lounge is the ideal venue for closing that business deal, hosting a private event, corporate function or to just relax and unwind with a glass of your favorites Whisky.

CONS

  1.  Entry Rules

  •  Personal bodyguards are not allowed inside the bar, restaurant or lounge. Designated waiting areas are available on premises.
  •  No pets.
  •  Bar & Lounge – Permits only adults 21 years and above.
  •  Restaurant –  Restaurant – Minors between ages 4 to 11 are only allowed on Sundays. Minors between ages 12 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  •  STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the restaurant, lobby, walkways and toilets.
2. Dess Code Policies

  •  for the bar – strictly smart casual only
  •  for the lounge and restaurant – strictly business, formal evening wear and smart attire only
